Today is the 537th anniversary of the birth of St. Thomas More. Our saint was born to lawyer Sir John More and his wife Agnes Graunger More on February 7, 1478 in the early hours of a Saturday morning. The plaque above marks the site of the family's Milk Street London home where the birth took place.
